Impact leaves bruises under unbroken skin. Rope can leave friction burns and scuffs on the surface. Arnica is only for unbroken skin, so Bound Balm leaves it out and doubles the calendula instead.

Shea Butter
A rich, cushioning base that melts at skin temperature.
Coconut Oil
Helps the balm spread over wrists, arms, thighs and back.
Beeswax
Holds the balm on the skin, so it stays where it is pressed.
Ingredients: Organic Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Organic Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Organic Helianthus Annuus (High-Oleic Sunflower) Seed Oil, Organic Cera Alba (Beeswax), Organic Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract.
